4-H Fair Day Details - Offsite School

Grades: Kindergarten through 11th Grade
Location: 1921 Kissimme Valley Ln, Kissimmee, FL 34744
Note: No classs at school; parents and students meet at the Osceola County Fair

Fair Day is always a favorite experience for our students—filled with exploration, learning, and community fun. Thank you for your partnership in helping the day run smoothly!

Schedule Overview

• 8:30 AM – Students arrive (must be accompanied by an adult)

• 9:00 AM – Gates close; students move into assigned groups

• 9:00 AM–12:00 PM – Group rotations and private school tours

• 12:00 PM 

  • All students and teachers meet at the Exhibit Hall

  • Group photo

  • Parent sign-out and dismissal

After dismissal, families are welcome to stay and enjoy the fair for the remainder of the day.

Important Notes

• Small snack and water permitted (fair food opens at noon)

• Students may wear:

  • Any school-appropriate bottoms (jeans allowed)

  • 4-H shirt or PSPE shirt

• Wrap Care students may remain at school or return after 12:00 PM

• A fairgrounds map will be provided

• If your child will not attend, please submit an excusal in Toddle by February 12
