Assessment
Seeing every learner grow
Teachers use formative and summative assessment, clear criteria, self-assessment and portfolios, so families see progress across knowledge, skills and the IB approaches to learning. MAP Growth testing benchmarks reading and maths each year.
The PYP at a glance
The learner profile sits at the heart of the programme. Around it, children build agency and take action as they inquire through six transdisciplinary themes and every subject area.
Creation Village is authorized by the International Baccalaureate to teach the PYP from PreK3 through Grade 5.
