These terms apply to the Creation Village World School website (www.creationvillage.com), the school's Village Hub (hub.creationvillage.com) and the CVWS family text message program. The school is run by CDF Celebration LLC d/b/a Creation Village World School, a disregarded entity of Creation Development Foundation, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, 599 Celebration Place, Celebration, FL 34747. By using these services you agree to these terms.
CVWS family text messages (SMS)
What the program is
CVWS Family Reminders are text messages from Creation Village World School to parents and guardians of enrolled students, sent from our toll-free number (888) 725-9908. We send school reminders: events, deadlines such as re-enrollment and forms, schedule changes, early dismissals, closings and urgent school notices. We do not send advertising or texts on behalf of anyone else.
How you sign up
Only a parent or guardian can sign up, and only by choosing to. You sign in to the Village Hub at hub.creationvillage.com/texts/, enter your mobile number, tick the consent box and press Turn on texts. You can see the sign-up form and its exact wording at hub.creationvillage.com/sms/. Signing up is not a condition of enrollment or of any school service.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies, usually 2 to 6 messages a month. We do not send texts between 9 pm and 8 am Eastern.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. The school does not charge for texts. Your mobile carrier's normal messaging and data rates apply under your plan.
How to stop texts
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and we will send no more texts unless you sign up again. You can also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT, or turn texts off at any time in the Village Hub. Reply START to sign up again.
How to get help
Reply HELP to any message for help, call the school office at (407) 900-7708, or email info@creationvillage.com.
Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device, and texts are an extra reminder, not a replacement for school emails and Hub notices.
Your mobile number and privacy
We use your mobile number only to send the texts described here. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See the text messages section of our Privacy Policy.
Changes to your number
If you change or give up your mobile number, turn texts off in the Village Hub or reply STOP first, so a new owner of the number does not receive school messages.
Using this website
The information on this website is provided to help families learn about the school. We work to keep it accurate, but tuition, dates, programs and policies can change, and the school's handbooks, enrollment contracts and official notices take priority over anything on this website.
Text, photos, logos and videos on this website belong to Creation Village World School or are used with permission. You may share links and print pages for personal use, but you may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission. Photos of students may not be reused anywhere.
Links to other websites (for example Finalsite Enrollment, the IB or accreditors) are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
Privacy
How we collect and use information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
This website and the text message program are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, the school is not liable for any loss arising from use of the website or from delayed, missed or undelivered messages.
Governing law and changes
