Houses at Creation Village World School

Our House system is a defining part of life at Creation Village World School. It builds community, strengthens our values, and gives students belonging beyond their grade level. Each House—rooted in its founding family, symbolic animal, and biblical verse—calls students to grow in courage, creativity, resilience, friendship, innovation, and endurance.

Houses remind us that while each of us is unique, we are also part of something greater. As Romans 12:5 reminds us: “So we, though many, are one body in Christ, and individually members one of another.” Each House has its own character, colors, and traditions, but together we form one Village, one family, working side by side.

In 1 Peter 2:5, we are told: “You also, like living stones, are being built into a spiritual house.” This means that every student and teacher is like a living stone that God is shaping, and together we are being built into something strong, beautiful, and full of His Spirit.

Houses and Buddies

Every House partners with a buddy class in our Primary Years Programme, forming friendships across ages. Older students mentor younger ones, showing that leadership is more than achievement—it is service, compassion, and helping others grow.

Stewardship and Worship

Each morning from 8:30–8:45 a.m., Houses gather for a time of worship and reflection, grounding our day in prayer, praise, and God’s Word. House Leads guide students through our Immerse Bible Reading plans—Messiah, Luke–Acts, and Poets—helping them grow in faith and understanding. Houses also rotate leading Chapel services, giving students opportunities to share their voices, gifts, and faith with the whole school community.

When we live out our House values, we build a spiritual house that honors God. Our Houses take part in daily stewardship through our Farm & Garden, caring for the environment and God’s creation.
