This policy explains what information the Creation Village World School website (www.creationvillage.com) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We do not sell or rent personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

What this website collects
Visit statistics (Google Analytics)
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages and buttons families use, so we can improve the site. It records things like the pages viewed, the site that sent you here, your general location (city level), device and browser type, and clicks on buttons such as Inquire, Apply, phone numbers and videos. Google Analytics stores a first-party cookie (named _ga) to tell repeat visits apart. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
We have turned off Google's advertising features, ad personalisation and Google signals, so this data is not used to show you ads. Analytics only runs on www.creationvillage.com. Visitors in the European Union, the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Brazil are asked first, and Google Analytics only loads for them after they choose Accept.

You can also stop analytics on every site by turning on Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track in your browser; we honour both signals and never load Google Analytics for those visitors. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics everywhere.
Information you send us
When you email or call us, we use what you share to answer you. Our inquiry form is part of our own Village Hub (hub.creationvillage.com) and goes only to our admissions team, who use it to reply, arrange your tour and send admissions information you can stop at any time. Our application form is provided by Finalsite Enrollment (creationvillage.fsenrollment.com); information entered there goes to our admissions office and is also handled under Finalsite's privacy policy.
Videos
Videos are played from Vimeo with its "do not track" setting turned on, so Vimeo does not set tracking cookies when you watch.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted by Netlify and our domain is managed by Cloudflare. Like every web server, they briefly keep standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Fonts and images are served from our own site, not from third-party services.
Children's privacy
This website is directed to parents and prospective families, not to children. We follow the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA): the site has no accounts, sign-ups, comments or chat, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through it.
- Our inquiry form (in our Village Hub) and application form (provided by Finalsite Enrollment) are completed by parents or guardians, not by children.
- Google Analytics runs with its advertising features, ad personalisation and Google signals turned off, and this website shows no advertising.
- If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has given us personal information through the website, or you want us to review or delete information about your child, email info@creationvillage.com or call (407) 900-7708. We will confirm you are the child's parent or guardian, show you what we hold, and delete it on request.
Student photos and stories
We share news and photos of school life. With families' media permission, we may share photos of students; we use first names at most, and we never publish student contact details, grades, health information or other education records on this website. To ask us to remove a photo or a name, email info@creationvillage.com.
Student records
Student education records (such as grades, attendance, health and family contact information) are kept in our secure school systems, not on this public website. We follow the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) as our standard for student records. Our annual notice of family rights is in the Village Hub privacy notice, including how parents, and students who are 18 or older, can review and correct records and make a records request.
Some details may be treated as directory information (for example a student's name, grade level and participation in school activities). Families may opt out of directory information at any time by following the steps in that notice or by emailing info@creationvillage.com. On this website, photos and names of students appear only with the family's media release, and never with a student's full name.
Text messages
Families who opt in to school text messages through the Village Hub are covered by our text message terms and privacy notice. Mobile numbers and opt-in consent are never shared with third parties for marketing.
Instagram and Facebook messages
When you send a direct message or leave a comment on our Instagram or Facebook accounts, Meta shares that message with us, along with your public username and profile name. We keep these messages in the Village Hub so the right staff member can answer and follow up. Only staff assigned to answer social media messages can see them. We use them only to respond to you, never sell or share them for marketing, and delete them on request (email info@creationvillage.com with your username). Meta's own handling of your messages is covered by Meta's privacy policy.
How long we keep information
Google Analytics data is deleted automatically after 14 months. Emails and inquiry information are kept as long as needed to answer you and to run admissions, and as required by law.
Security and breach notice
We protect personal information with access controls, encryption in transit and limited staff access. If a breach of personal information ever occurs, we will notify affected people as required by Florida law (section 501.171, Florida Statutes).
Your rights and requests
Wherever you live, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw a consent you gave. Email info@creationvillage.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will never treat you differently for making a request. Visitors in Europe, the UK, Switzerland and Brazil have the additional rights described below.

Why we use your information (legal bases)
- Analytics cookies: your consent, given with the Accept button. You can withdraw it at any time with the switch above; withdrawing does not affect earlier use.
- Answering inquiries and running admissions: steps you ask us to take before enrolling a child, and our legitimate interest in replying to families who contact us.
- Server logs and security: our legitimate interest in keeping the website safe and working.
- Records we must keep: compliance with legal obligations.
International transfers
We are located in the United States, and our providers (Google, Netlify, Cloudflare, Finalsite and Vimeo) process data in the United States. Google LLC, Cloudflare and our other providers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (and its UK and Swiss extensions) or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission to protect transfers.
Your rights
You have the right to: be told whether we process your personal information and get a copy of it; have it corrected; have it deleted or anonymised; restrict or object to its use; receive it in a portable format; withdraw consent; and be told which third parties we share it with. Brazilian visitors may also ask for information about the consequences of not giving consent.
Email info@creationvillage.com to make a request. It is free. We answer within one month (GDPR), and within 15 days when a Brazilian visitor asks for a complete report (LGPD). You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority, or in Brazil to the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update it here and change the date at the top.
