Flourish 2033
Our vision is Life to the Full: every learner flourishing in mind, body and spirit, centered in Christ. Roadmap 2033 is how we will grow toward it.
I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full. John 10:10
What we mean by flourishing
Life to the Full
CREATION Life centers our school community in Christ, building His character through the learner profile attributes, as we live our mission to fulfill each learner's God-created identity by developing inquiring, knowledgeable, and caring young people who love God, pursue excellence, cultivate well-being, and serve others.
The why
Intentionality · Engagement · AchievementMissional purpose grows outward intentionally to engage and drive holistic outcomes.
The how
Approaches to teaching · Approaches to learning · AssessmentOur practice embeds skills, habits and character through CREATION Life and the IB continuum into the development cycle.
The tools
Responsive Classroom · RULER · IB rubricsResearch-based tools that put our approaches into daily practice.
Roadmap 2033 · where we are going
To be the global demonstration for Christian whole-child education.
By 2033, Creation Village will be a fully accredited, internationally recognized IB World School that remains unmistakably Christ-centered, developing good students who do good in His world.
Our mission: To fulfill each learner's God-created identity by developing inquiring, knowledgeable, and caring young people who love God, pursue excellence, cultivate well-being, and serve others.

What every goal rests on
Three anchors that do not move
Growth never changes who we are. Each initiative in Flourish 2033 is tied back to these.
Christ-centered
Every goal is mapped to our mission and a biblical worldview. Faith is the fabric of the plan, not a separate initiative.
CREATION Life
Choice, Rest, Environment, Activity, Trust in God, Interpersonal relationships, Outlook and Nutrition shape every decision about learning and campus life.
The IB learner profile
Inquiring, knowledgeable and caring learners, with Approaches to Learning skills nurtured from preschool to graduation.
Five strategic goals
What we will build together
Excellence you can verify
Earn and keep accreditation with ACS WASC, the Florida Council of Independent Schools and Christian Schools International, with one development plan that answers both IB and accreditor recommendations.
The full IB continuum
Offer all four IB programmes on one campus: the Primary Years, Middle Years, Career-related and Diploma Programmes, each infused with a biblical worldview.
A campus for a growing village
Finish the second floor of Harrison Hall for labs and innovation spaces, then build a third building for the high school, arts and worship.
One village, many partners
Grow together with families, students, the CDF Board, local partners and IB and Christian schools around the world.
Faithful stewardship
Grow steadily and responsibly so the programmes, scholarships and campus are sustainable for generations of learners.
