Creation Village celebrates Hispanic Heritage Day
Our community came together for a Heritage Day celebration in honor of Hispanic Heritage Month.
The day began with a special presentation featuring students, teachers and families representing countries and cultures from around the world, sharing their traditions, experiences and perspectives. The celebration continued with our Heritage Day Parade, a colorful display of cultural pride and unity across our village.
As an IB World School, global citizenship is at the heart of our mission. By exploring different cultures, worldviews and traditions, our students build empathy, respect and open-mindedness, and learn to celebrate what makes each of us unique. Being a world school means more than learning about the world. It means embracing the people, perspectives and cultures that make our global community so extraordinary.
Thank you to the students, teachers and families who shared their heritage and helped make the day so meaningful.
