High schoolers test real-world budgets at the MoneyWise Reality Store

Our high school students took part in the Charles Schwab MoneyWise America Reality Store, an interactive financial literacy experience that previews the decisions they will face as adults.

Students explored how career choices and income connect to real expenses such as housing, transportation, utilities, entertainment, saving and the unexpected. With guidance from Schwab financial literacy ambassadors, they made their own choices and saw how budgeting and planning shape the future.

Thank you to Charles Schwab MoneyWise, Celebration Foundation and Celebration High School for extending this opportunity to our students, and to the Schwab volunteer ambassadors, Principal Todd and the Celebration High School team, and the Celebration Foundation Board of Trustees.
